The hotel rooms were basic but clean, providing a nice ambiance and spacious enough for 3 to 4 people. However, amenities like toothbrushes and washroom slippers were not provided. The service from Diana and her colleagues was exceptionally friendly and professional, though there seemed to be some lack of knowledge about hotel policies with vendors. The location in Deira was convenient, close to City Center and Al-Nasser Square, but surrounded by air-con vents. The dining experience was mixed, with some European dishes below average while others were quite good. Overall, the hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff but has some room for improvement in dining options.
